LA QUERENCIA    

A Spanish word to describe a place within that is a safe haven, a place deep inside from where we feel secure, draw strength for challenges and from where we express our heartfelt beliefs. 

Our real querencia is transcendence, the light, expanded level within.  We can access this part of ourselves and - with enough time and practise - develop until we are able to carry an awareness of it at all times.  Knowing transcendence means that we know who we really are.  It is at one time our destination, our home, our true selves.
